Odisha’s Remarkable Achievement at IITF 2025
Odisha has proudly secured the prestigious ‘Gold Award’ for its exceptional presentation at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025, held in New Delhi on Thursday. Additionally, the state’s pavilion was honored with the ‘Best Pavilion’ award, marking a remarkable fourth consecutive victory after clinching the top prize in the previous three years.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi expressed his delight over this achievement, extending his congratulations and gratitude to Team Odisha. He emphasized that this recognition significantly enhances the state’s reputation on both national and international platforms.
The IITF saw participation from 31 states and union territories, with Odisha standing out for its impressive exhibition of products, which contributed to this success. This year, Odisha not only received the Gold Award but also two Gold Medals, reinforcing its status.
The pavilion, themed ‘One India, Best India,’ showcased Odisha’s rich cultural heritage, traditional sculptural arts, and the state’s developmental vision under ‘Odisha@2036.’ It also highlighted the effective implementation of government schemes aimed at inclusive growth and comprehensive development.
Visitors were particularly impressed by the exhibition of premium agricultural products, exquisite handlooms, handicrafts, and items crafted by women self-help groups, receiving accolades from both national and international attendees.
The Odisha Pavilion was inaugurated on November 14 by Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida. During the fair, several dignitaries, including Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo, and former cricketer and MP Yusuf Pathan, visited and praised the pavilion.
